Se revendiquant parfois de philosophies anciennes comme le sto\u00efcisme, ce type de discours \u00e9thique semble pourtant exister \u00e0 mi-chemin entre fumisterie et philosophie. Mais par-del\u00e0 l\u2019affection que lui portent les managers et patrons en tous genres, comporte-t-il du vrai et a-t-il une r\u00e9elle capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 nous faire du bien et \u00e0 guider nos vies?
