Si Kant entendait cette derni\u00e8re question en un sens moral et presque th\u00e9ologique, celle-ci fait tout de m\u00eame de l\u2019esp\u00e9rance un aspect central de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience humaine. Pourtant, notre monde \u2013 celui de la\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0fin de l\u2019histoire\u00a0\u00bb d\u00e9clar\u00e9e par Francis Fukuyama apr\u00e8s l\u2019effondrement du bloc sovi\u00e9tique \u2013 semble peu fait pour cultiver l\u2019espoir d\u2019un avenir meilleur.
